Details of the issue I try to install the modpack and it comes back with "Error unzipping modpack"

Do a temporary disable of your anti-virus software and see if that fixes the issue. If it does then find the exclusion list in your anti-virus software and add the FTB directories to it.

I allowed it in both my antivirus and Windows firewall. Still didn't work

I would suggest removing the pack and doing a re-install of it or try the Curse launcher.

Tried that and it's not working in the ftb launcher but it's working in curse
