Error recipe in MineTweaker 3 & Mod Tweaker

I have create some recipe,than when i reload scripts,its say "Error executing plus-plus 2.zs: null",and i make another script,it says "Scripts reloaded",but when i pressed R in NEI,it not change. What i am doing wrong or anything? thanks before.

I'm not sure I fully understand, sorry Andronikus; could I check a couple of things:

What version of Minecraft are you using? In my experience with 1.12, you have to restart the whole game to get new recipes to show up. I'm also not sure I understand about "like success" but not.

Is there a reason you've got the name of the file at the top of the script? Have you tried commenting out both that and the line of dashes below?
