So this is my first time ever hearing about this program, i try to launch it, and it works, but when i try to start one of the modpacks i get this (this is the magicfarm modpack but it does the same thing with the others)

Welcome. The launcher, program, allows you to easily mod minecraft. Please follow the recommended setup with this guide. If you are still experiencing problems please post your new console log to pastebin.com and link to it here. It is easy to accomplish. After the error press the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button on the console. A link will appear that is the one you post here. Look here for more info about the logs.

I just started using it within the hour, .-. and i've already redownloaded everything

Did you follow the guide? It appears according to your log that you put the launcher in the Program Files folder. Putting it there will cause problems. It is recommended to install it on the desktop in a folder called FTB.
