Error occurred during downloading the game

So I downloaded FTB like 7 hours ago and everything went fine, I took a break and when I launch it it tells me there is an uodate to the ultimate pack, i click yes and since then it hasn't worked!

I've tried, to the best of my knowledge, to completely remove every trace of FTB and reinstall and googling hasn't yielded any result.

Looks like something is blocking access to the files

I restarted my computer and ran it as admin, and it worked, so I don't know what denied it access before.
