Error loading Direwolf20 1.6.4

Hi I've been trying to launch the DW20 1.6.4 pack without success. The buttons turn grey and become unclickable as if it were loading but nothing happens.
Operating System, bit type: Windows 7 64bit
Java version/update, bit type: Java 7 update 45 (64bit)version (7.0.450)
Anti-malware software: Kaspersky Anti-Virus
Location you're downloading from: US (Los Angeles)
Launcher version: 1.2.9

It took my first launch about 10-15 mins to unpack the mod pack.
