Windows .exe Error launching packs the first time since install of laucnher

I'm running into a bug whenever I try to launch any modpack, I have not even been able to install a modpack even once because of this error: http://pastebin.com/uVPLn1UK

Try temporarily disabling your antivirus and then try installing the pack. It's very possible your antivirus is blocking the download.
