Problem Error in installing FTB University server

After installing the exe file and extracting the server files, when the start.bat is clicked, the server cannot start.
Here is the server log:

It shows "Press any key to continue . . ." have you tried pressing any key?
Usually when installing these modpacks through bat files they would ask you to create a folder (pressing any key) and then proceed with installation

When I pressed a key the console just closed. But it also said a lot of "error" in the lines above
