Windows .exe Error in console

Hi, just got FTB and i got this error.

If you have followed this guide exactly then please post the info in this thread. Please follow the format in the first post of the thread. To copy your log to pastebin.com click on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button. This will give you a link in your console that you copy into that thread. If you are unable to use pastebin please use spoilers to contain your log instead of quotes.
