My friend gets this error whenever he tried to run the DW20 1.6 pack, he is using Windows XP 32bit. I am going to try and get a pastebin of his console on here to help you, but do you have any ideas what the problem is?

The game suck 1,5g ram and we 32bit users are no avaliable to play the modpack atm. I think its something with the script cause i can make singleplayer game and run on 2-300 ram use and after few min it raise up to 800 and then crash when its over 1g. And when i try to restart it wont start cause i run out of memory. Only way to use the modpack atm you need 64bit, cause thats the only way to raise the memory usage in the game. So i think we just have to wait till they fixed the problems.

I also have problems with playing FTB 1.6, the game closes everytime without any warning or something. I run windows XP 32bit also. I think this is a problem and they will fix it soon.

unexpected end of ZLIB usually means the download didn't complete successfully and you only have part of the file.
if you can post the error log, we can check for sure.

in the mean time, here are the SHA-1 Hashes of all the natives for the 1.6.4 Modpacks:
Code:
jinput-dx8.dll 50348B2958B017DF3BF30D7915AB61A4CB9A2B33
jinput-dx8_64.dll 5D9A7D3FB6224DAB97AAFF7BD9430232732D9BE8
jinput-raw.dll 4D982F408E815519C2289CD720C78338392A9887
jinput-raw_64.dll 067C11135F9EBEB554D5F80B7A8A5244C0F3B7D7
jinput-wintab.dll E7B9BEEAD279298611D0C4753089D3AF07C4C9E9
lwjgl.dll D5942386D332FF19F5DD82432609BABF758B620E
lwjgl64.dll 6AB904165045EEE2E0A6609122BC29DDC2446B07
OpenAL32.dll EDE381BF55E7D0CD3A7E058237BBC66A8FF63837
OpenAL64.dll 97362FBA53DFB6D9581B8C64829F4B1D98A97855

you can use WinHasher to verify them. (the Binaries w/o Installer option basically means portable)
