Error Downloading Modpack

Every time I try to download Direwolf20 (v1.0.11) for 1.6.4, Horizons (V1.0.9), or MagicFGarm2 (v1.1.4) I get the same error 'Error Downloading Modpack'. Most of the time its right at the end of the download.

I have completely deleted FTB and all associated folders as suggested in the knowledge base article for this issue. I have disabled all firewalls and am not currently using an antivirus. I have tried to download this many many times. Never had issues with the FTB launcher in the past.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could somebody please tell me which ports the FTB Launcher uses so I can try forwarding those?
