Error downloading modpack

I've tried making a post in the connection issues thread and haven't gotten any help yet so I thought I'd just make a thread here. I've also searched the forum for solutions and tried everything I've found with no results.

I'm getting the error in the title of the thread whenever I try to download the modpack FTB Unleashed, I'm using launcher version (whatever) and I have also tried and followed all the advice at:

Here is my ping statistics:

Sent = 4, Recived = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss)
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum 104ms, Maximum 194ms, Average = 144ms

This is extremely frustrating because it takes 20 minutes to download the mod pack every time, only to have it tell me that it failed to download. I hope someone can advise me on what I could possibly do to fix this, thanks in advance.

Well if you've already completed the troubleshooting guide to the fullest (that means including all of the additional information at the bottom of the article) then there is no further official help.

That's also exactly why you're asked to complete the guide prior to posting, as all other issues are to be posted there for the teams to try to find a cause and a solution.

One thing that points to an Antivirus software conflict is this. Re-read the part about the Antivirus software. You may not need to uninstall your Antivirus program, try adding the above folder path to your Antivirus's exclusion list. You may also need to add the desktop folder that you created using this guide. If you did not follow that guide it is suggested that you do and get the 64bit version of Java while your at it.
