Windows .exe Error downloading modpack!!!

I have tried with both .exe and .jar. When I try to download the modpacks, it runs for a bit before giving me this error.

Same here saw that there was a update for DW20's pack so tried to download it got a error. Now I can't even play old version.

I backed up my saves and deleted everything and tried again still gets a error around 6000kb into the down load.
