Error downloading modpack!!! (solved)

i did all of this http://desk.feed-the-beast.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/basic-troubleshooting and this http://desk.feed-the-beast.com/inde.../0/error-downloading-modpackfailed-to-connect and tryed downloading everything everything form 1.0.3 - 1.1.4 and thay all do the same
it downloads everything then starts downloading something smaller then i get the error

i am useing windows 7 pro 64 bit

i would very much like to get this working today while i still have the net

any chance some one could upload all the relevant files so i can just copy them in to place and play like normal ?

ok i found out it was my AV witch is called "Kaspersky"
you need to disable "Mail AV" in the settings (atleast i think that is what it is but i also disabled everything else just to be 100%)
