Error Downloading Modpack!!! Help please

I am having the exact same Problem right now and it is quite frustrating, I live in South Africa and the internet is relatively fast but it stops after a few minutes. I do not know what is causing the problem at all and would like some assistance.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Awesome! This worked perfectly. My download was taking ages, but I switched to Secondary like you said and it took like 10 seconds to download! Thanks for the tip

even for someone who lives in reading,england it works better on Chicago 2 wtf think the English ones are broken/down
