First you should uninstall all the 32bit versions of Java and the older 64bit versions of Java. Then get the 64bit version of
7u45. You have 7u45, but it is 32bit so the launcher is preferring the 7u25 64bit version. See the above quote from your log.
Second you really need to let it sit without downloading anything else or surfing if your internet connection is not the best. It may appear to stall, but let it download and the install. Even on a fast download it can take a while to install the first time. Unfortunately there is no pause/resume feature when downloading the modpack. You might also want to check your antivirus program to see if it is blocking the download somehow. Look under the header 'Other USEFUL Information:' first paragraph in the recommended install
guide.
