error downloading Divinerpg pack

When i try to install the Divine RPG pack i get the error "can not download mod pack". This happens when the launcher is done downloading or what i think is done downloading, it fills up the progress bar at 10,000 Kb then almost instantly jumps to 100% completed. That is when the error message pops up. or what happens is that when it downloads it only downloads minecraft with no mods included. i included a paste bin link to my console

I have the same problem except it isnt fixed yet
