Windows .exe Error downloading Assests

im having a similar problem with all 1.6.4 packs

Operating System and bit type: Win7 64 Bit
Java version/update and bit type: Java7 Update 45 64 Bit
Launcher version: 1.3.2

Description of the Issue: on any of the 1.6.4 packs I get an error downloading the assets

I have tried deleting all of ftb related files and reinstalling the launcher, and have reinstall java

I believe it is trying to download the libraries. Where are you trying to put the mod packs/launcher? Go to the Options tab and see what the 'Install path ...' is. It should be something like this 'C:\Users\Dale Morley\Desktop\FTB'

If that is the case then try this. There is one main libraries folder for all the packs. Try copying them over from vanilla.
