uninstall al java via the control panel and reinstal both 64 and 86 bit javaa from teh website and it should work ;)

Actually it is suggested that you only have one version of Java either 64bit or 32bit. Not both. Look here for a guide that fixes the issue for a lot of users. Thank you for the pastebin.
