Pahimar is still working on it. It's just being delayed. He will definitely finish EE3 in the future although none of us know when.

Thank you the reason i asked is because i went into a full rage mode because i have not found or seen any updates for a while and, over the fact he did not keep updating the working mod as first priority. aka (ee2)

but i do understand why sort-of workload wise

Just to comment on a bit of your post there. EE2 was never meant to be updated past it's 1.2.5 status. Pahimar mentioned that he was going to seek permission from the original author to update it, but hadn't said anything beyond that part.

As an aside, real life stuff did get in the way occasionally. I recall some mention of the PahiWedding and the PahiMoon. Tends to throw side projects into disarray a little.
