Summary of the problem Environmental Tech Nanobot beacon Loaded?

Pack Version 1.5.3

What is the bug? When moving a decent distance from the Nanobot Beacons or to a different dimension they stop working. Not sure if its a Problem with them or the FTB Util chunk loading. Since everything else looks like it still works.
Suspected problem is related to Chunk Loading from FTB not working. This issue was not present with several players on previous mod pack version yesterday.

Works for other players with Nanobot beacon in my chunkloaded area. But not for me. Even with other players on server. Other players get effect cross dimension and far away, unlike me.
 
Workaround: Enable ExtraUtils Chunk loader and place next too Beacon thats allready loaded by FTB Utilities.

For some reason 2 of these next to eachother, in same claim/loaded area for me and my friend. His works when away but not mine. Unless adds extra Chunk Loader
