Summary of the problem Engineer's Workshop unable to receive items from external imports

What is the bug? Actually v1.6.1 (option not available in bug reporting form)
Items cannot be piped into the engineer's workshop via any means, including Ender IO conduits, vanilla hoppers, or the auto-transfer to pull directly from a chest.

Is it repeatable? Yes. Transfers will never work in the current version of FTB Beyond (1.6.1)
Known Fix Updating to Engineer's Workshop 1.3.4 resolves the issue.
