Wha..... What? It sounds like you need some testing to do. No idea what you're testing because you left that out. Also, I have no idea if that even IS what you're trying to do.

Create a new singleplayer world with cheats to test it on.

I did and it pumps out like 346560 EU for a stack of charcoal
