I want to know how to move the bar of energy level for electrical jetpack or gravichestplate !

Do you mean recharge it so the bar is full. If so just put the armour in the top slot of an mfsu (mfe and batbox will also work for the jetpack) and leave it until charged. You will need power going into the box of course or power stored

Ah okay. Well the armor status one would let you have a generic armor indicator wherever. Here's what to change for the Gravisuite mod (Gravisuit, Advanced Jetpack, Advanced Nano):
Gravisuite.cfg
"hud settings" {
B:"Display hud"=true
I:hudPosition=1
}

1=top left, 2=top right, 3=bottom left, 4=bottom right

IC2 doesn't seem to have configs for the basic electric jetpack.
