My alloy smelter doesnt recive energy from my survivalist generator or a stirling engine, help!

Do ExU generators automatically push power to neighbouring blocks? I know EnderIO's Stirling generator does-might be worth giving it a try.

Do you have the alloy smeltery accepting input on the the sides you have the generators on?
