Summary of the problem Energy Acceptor / Flux Plug

What is the bug? Pack Version 1.5.3
Flux Plugs connect to AE2 Energy Acceptor but do not transfer any energy to AE2Stuff Machines. AE2Stuff can be powered with flux plugs either directly attached to AE2Stuff machines, or with plugs attached to Energy Cell from AE2 or Controller.
Mod & Version Default Mods / Default Configs in Pack Version 1.5.3.

Is it repeatable? 1. Place energy acceptor next to energy cell from AE2.
2. Place flux plug on energy acceptor and select powered network.
3. Look / click energy cell to see power stored not increasing.
3. Attach plug to AE2 energy cell, power in cell increases.
Known Fix Attach flux plug to either AE2 energy cell, controller, or directly to AE2 / AE2Stuff Machines.
or
Attach flux plug to conduit, and connect conduit to AE2 energy acceptor.
