obviously i don't know what any of that means and it was spamming that like crazy whenever i wasn't in the nether and when ever i go back to the nether it would stop and i find tons of wither skeletons more interestingly there is a chunk loader there you can see it in the screenshot i took and when i broke it all that just never happened but when i put it back it starts to happen all over again, now am not sure what am supposed to report on this and i would like an explanation if any one can get anything out of all this.

Yeah either something's bugging out or if you're on a server someone has put a spawner in there somewhere that's running when chunkloaded

others had this problem aswell, and it was because Ender IO added a configuration option which added wither skeletons as their own mob entity, instead of being an alternative skeleton.
this could probably be fixed by changing that configuration option in the ender io configuration

Code:
replacewitherskeletons {
    # Separates wither and normal skeletons into different entities, enables the powered spawner to treat them differently [EXPERIMENTAL - MAY CAUSE ISSUES WITH OTHER MODS]
    B:Misc=false
}

@ScottulusMaximus that is not the case since i own the server and i am the only one playing on it.
@Yusunoha i'll give what you suggested a shot, thanks you guys for your input on this.

edit: that config change does fix it. but i wonder how it got triggered in the first place.

no clue. perhaps a misconfiguration between client and server pack?

nope it's the same config for the server and the client i checked them both before turning it to false and both of the configs were set to true by default in the client and the server and am using 1.2.1 of DW20 by the way, maybe there's something that ticks it off when you use the powered spawner in the nether in that version, who knows.
