Enderman farm

Is there a way to make an enderman farm in the end in FTB revelation, it seems to work but u cannot place mobs into railcraft minecarts?

Quick question, why would you need minecarts?

Google minecraft 1.12.2 enderman farm... if it can be done in vanilla, it can be done in modded

The most powerful vanilla enderman farm known today involves a name-tagged endermite inside of a mine cart.

Considering they stated FTB Revelations (a 1.12 pack) they latest isn't relevant.
I'm sure some let's player out there has a vid that will help
