EnderIO soulbinder

[help mah plz]

I have heard that the enderio soulbinder can do the same thing as the ars magica soul bound enchant, but i cant figure out how. ive looked at a lot of posts/websites about the soulbinder and this never comes up but the people of the server i play on (its not ftb but has similar mods) said it can soulbound stuff.

EIO adds Soul-Bound enchantment which does the exact same thing as Ars Magica Soul Bound

to get Soul-Bound either enchant Vanilla Golden Tools & Armor with 30 levels in MFR Auto-Encahnter/Vanilla Enchantment Table until you get it then rip it off using MFR Auto-Disenchanter

or

combine Ender Crystal with a Book & Quill in the Enchanter from EIO

PS : to craft an Ender Crystal you'll need to infuse a Vibrant Crystal with an Enderman Soul in a Vial
