Summary of the problem Enderio Item Conduit Sucks Range Upgrade from Absorption Hopper

What is the bug? The Item Collection in my Mobfarm stopped today, After investigation i found the range upgrade from the absorption hopper in my dumpchest.
i updated today so this is a new behavior.

Is it repeatable? yes. everytime i place the range upgrade it is sucked by the item conduits
Known Fix added a blacklistfilter with the range upgrade to the enderio item conduit but this is just a work around.
