Title ender tank

Link to log file added tinkers tool leveling,added not enough wands, removed ftb ultilites

Details of the issue I put an ender tank on top of the builder from rftools with the filling shape card (pump). game crashed soon as I powered the builder, disabled ender tanks and all seems fine now.
just a heads up.

Just some more input on the matter, I'm using the vanilla launcher because of troubles I've had with curse (ftb one always seemed to work well but can't find a new ver. for it). I also disabled the ftb utilities because it seems to cause lag spikes and chunk loading is hit or miss sometimes. I have also made the other chunk loaders craftable again and I was loading the chunk with the extra utilities chunk loader. The mods I've added were due to feeling they were missing and ofc personal preference. Other wise great pack, been a fan for years.

PC specs i5 2500, 8 GB ddr3, GTX 750 1G, H61 gigabyte motherboard
