Ender tank crashing client and server

so as i said in the title... when i place ender tank my client just crashes and i cant enter my world again. same thing happen in server, server just crashed and i cant enter it again . so if anyone know why is this happening i would be very happy if someone knew how is this fixed, thanks :)
