If I were to have an ender quarry that used two speed 3 upgrades instead of one, will it go after with the two or do they not stack? I'm using the sides of the quarry as my setup has one free spot to put an upgrade with.

A high end turbine from Big Reactors is a good match for a speed III EQ. You could also use a few IC2 nuclear reactors and convert EU to RF using Immersive Engineering wires. An ammonia LP turbine from ReactorCraft spinning a turbine generator will run 100+ such ender quarries without breaking a sweat.

I dont recall exactly what we calculated the speed 3 to be using before we took it off, but it seemed like it was more than a top end turbine, which i think caps at 28K rf/t. At the point where you need a dedicated reactor for the quarry i usually go laser since your getting stupid amounts of nonessential items at that point.
