Summary of the problem Ender IO power monitor consumes 1rft by itself

Pack Version 1.1.4

What is the bug? Not sure if it's a bug or intentional but the power monitor from ender io uses 1 rf tick by itself.

Mod & Version Ender IO 1.10.2-3.0.1.138_beta

Known Fix
 
This should be intentional. It was this way back in 1.7.10 and was always intended to take up a tiny bit of RF when monitoring.
 
This was afaik changed from 1.6.4 to 1.7.10 version.

If you dont want it(annoying during very early game) you can use a CC script instead.

I am sure you will have to update the peripheral names. Both TE and EIO keeps changing them ALL the fricking time..
