Summary of the problem Ender io machines dropping items

What is the bug? I have a sag mill auto filling with obsidian from a refined storage system, and outputting to a drawer.
when the drawer is almost full it begins ejecting the obsidian dust from the machine.

Is it repeatable? Have something piping into an ender io machine and then have it export into a drawer.
