Summary of the problem Ender IO Item Conduits Really Slow

What is the bug? Item conduits seem to work at only 1 item per second no matter how many speed upgrades I put in.

Is it repeatable? Attach conduit to something and set it to extract into another container. Add speed upgrades to see slow speed.
