Summary of the problem Ender IO invalidates Draconic Evolution-modified End Crystal recipe

What is the bug? Draconic Evolution modifies the End Crystal's recipe to make it more difficult to resurrect the Ender Dragon. However, Ender IO provides an alternative recipe (which appears to be identical to the normal Minecraft recipe) using an Eye of Ender rather than a Nether Star which completely invalidates Draconic Evolution's change.

Is it repeatable? Look at the JEI recipe for an End Crystal and verify that both can be crafted, with the Ender IO recipe being significantly less costly.
