Problem Ender IO Dimensional transceiver Reset's?

for some reason all ender io frequencies just clear all over the server, and i have no clue whats does it, if happens everytime the server restarts, and i know its saving it probaly, as Thermal's frequencies is still there and other server files, so i was thinking its a bug?

Same problem here.. Just reset the server, and for some reason most of my frequencies are gone. Weirdly enough, the early test channels are still there, same with the main power out channel. Anyone got a solution for this yet, or know where to start to look?!
