Summary of the problem Ender IO capacitor banks randomly stopped working

What is the bug? Ender IO capacitor banks stopped working. They won't receive input from any power generators and won't output to any machines. Tried restarting the pack with no results.

I had the same thing happen with basic capacitor banks, though my vibrant ones seem unaffected. The input/output on the basic capacitor bank would reset to 0. Change them back to whatever the max is and it will work again. Upgrade ASAP from the basic tier.

Had the same problem in my SP world of SF3 and randomly on Hermitpack when chunks were reloaded. Usually the Capacitor works fine until you open the Interface, at that moment it resets to 0.

This has been reported in another thread in this pack. The "reset in/out to 0" triggers immediately if you leave the dimension and return - very annoying if you just need to nip out to the nether to grab some soul sand, quartz, or glowstone...
