Enchantment Tables + XP Giver

So I recently got into Feed The Beast thanks to Marriland's series, and having a lot of fun with it. I've gotten to the point where I can enchant my tools. In Marriland's first FTB episode, I saw this really nice Enchantment room that gives you XP if you're standing near it. I haven't found a tutorial or anything about this anywhere so I wanted to post it here.

Lots of them.

In one of Hypno's episodes he made that room.

Generikb made one on Mindcrack.

Its harder in 1.5 since it only gives the effect when bees can actually work.

Thanks, do you have any idea of what episode they made it? I'm currently watching Episode 6 on Hypno's channel, dunno if he actually makes it in that episode or another episode.
