Is there any use enchanting like nano armors? Mining drill or etc?

Will it bring effect or not?

Yes. Why do you think everyone does it? Though i'm still not sure if there's a point to enchanting quantum armour.

Remember that you must use a book and anvil to apy these enchants !

still works in 1.5.2 btw, and Greg has no intention of fixing this - he himself uses Enchanted advanced nano, or did, at least.

Yeah i kno i have to use books and anvil. Only i doubt if it will have any effects on it. This applies to tools too right? Like if i put silk touch and diamond drill it will work?

Yup.
For best results apply silk touch to a vajra.

And efficiency to a fully over clicked Powertool.
It's insane.
