Details of the issue:
I can't seem to figure out how to enable waypoint teleportation. I've googled for the answer but can't seem to find an answer since most people say to use something other than waypoints. :(

So, can somebody please explain or point to how to enable waypoint teleportation?

If you are playing singleplayer I think you need to have cheats enabled, on a server you need to be OP to be able to teleport.
