Enable / Disable the use of forge mods via permission systems like PEX?

As an example, say I'd like to reward Members / Supporters with the Bat / FireBat forms from Morph - how might I go about this?

I can get around mods that require items crafted (like Mystcraft) with the use of TekkitCustomizer, but for reaching into mods like Morph I have no idea!

Using MCPC+.

Any help appreciated

During server bootup, towards the end of it, it will post a large portion of the permission nodes
