I'd welcome RP. It's an honest mod that isn't grindy. It has tiers that actually expand machine functionality. It doesn't cause excessive resource acquisition. It has flaws but damn I miss it.

Yeah imo filters havent been replaced.. Relays are a better hopper.. And tubes just rock...

Yeah, Filters are still 1000x better than just about everything for quick chest emptying. That's the one thing that outright pains me about RP2's removal. I wish some other mod would add them back honestly.

Honestly I'm not holding my breath, I've been burned by mods before and if it's to announce a new redpower It would have to wow me completely. Sorry to be a debby downer but I already dropped the need for that mod awhile back even tho I wouldn't mind those as an option it just has no place in my current world and probably wouldn't in my new ones as my gal and I just rush AE first.

AE is able to handle 2 quarries at max speed, the sorting system couldn't handle one at half power without clogging the chest.

Well, I'd say that they should put RP in it's own seperate pack so that the people that like their saves and continuing with MC and mod versions don't have to wait up.

I have to say that i agree. i love RP2. i seriously do, but otoh i don't care to wait months upon months for updates either. guess I'm just impatient. (i also reroll worlds often because i get bored with the old stuff very rapidly)

I highly doubt RP2 will ever be in another FTB pack. At this point I have more faith in Project: Red, then i do in RP2.

I used to watch those movies once a year growing up. Haven't seen them in a long time now. I fear my nostalgia may get tarnished if I do so, alas.

Needless to say, if more concrete stuff comes down, I'll probably have to use the merge and/or lock buttons early and often, depending on how quickly everybody decides to run off and make their own thread about it. =P
