Electrical Engines & Ultimate Hybrid Solar Panels Help

Ok, so I have about 24 electrical engines hooked up to 5 ultis' and 2 mfsu. These all have Intricate Circuit Boards upgrading their output and their input. These engines are then all hooked up to a Redstone energy cell (I did have more but you'll see why I don't atm) which is literally moving up with energy in 100s (which it should be 1000s), which isn't normal at all. And I have no clue why.

So I guess the over all question is: why are my electrical engines not outputting enough power when it's hooked up to 5 Ultimate Hybrid Solar Panels?

Also, what cables are you using? Both to connect the solars to the MFSUs and the MFSUs to the electrical engines.

Also check the settings on both MFSUs and the redstone energy cell, you can set the output levels on them. You may have got one or both set to a low level rather than the max
