gonna back up what has been said before in this thread.

Build engine on site. Depending on engine type, either Tesseract, Enderchest, or Wire fuel over for it.

would also like to point out that you get 16 conduits out of 2 gold, 2 silver, 2 lead, 1 obsidian and 32 redstone. This recipe is fairly cheap, and just need the TE machines in order to work.

Turtle teleporters, as far as I'm aware, cannot teleport them cross-dimension.

I've never used a turtle teleporter. The basic concept is ender chest #0 -> turtle #0 -> charging system -> turtle #0 -> ender chest #1 | ender chest #1 -> turtle #1 -> decharging system -> turtle #1 -> ender chest #0

If you need more details in regards to how that functions, feel free to ask and I can help you better understand the system

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, but I have decided what I am doing, I made two energy tesseracts and two liquid tesseracts excited for cross dimension etc. I then proceeded to try and use the tesseracts to go from my electric engine to my farm which I soon came to realize doesn't work.. I needed redstone cells. I put this project off to the side as i ran out of supplies and needed to re supply my 64x64 quarry with lava for combustion. I set up the liquid tesseracts in the nether in an infinite lave pool, and left a chunk loader. All that lava now pumps back and powers my quarry flawlessly. During this time I created two redstone cells, slightly angered with how the energy tesseract works.

As for turtles I wouldn't bother to learn that code, it would take to long I just know excavate and tunnel

What were you guys saying that a tesseract loses 25% of power???

Sorry for grammar typed this on my iPhone and dam autocorrect likes mangling all the words

A tesseract will only transmit 75% of the power you input into it. So, for example, if you are inputting 100MJ/t into energy tesseract #1 which is transmitting to energy tesseract #2, you will only get 75MJ/t out of energy tesseract #2.

Wow what power whores. I think power loss is inevitable though

No, it is not. You could output power from an engine into a redstone energy cell (no power loss), move it with a turtle (no power loss), place it next to the machine that needs it (no power loss).

If you want to make it a whole lot easier, you can spend 5% power loss in moving the power from the engines into the redstone energy cell using redstone conduits, and then move that with a turtle next to your machine.

If you need it even easier than that, suck up the 25% power loss by sending power through the tesseract, and be happy the game has a lazy-mode option, eh? Heheh.
