Note : This is a late game farm.
About : This is a Efficient Tree/Rubber Farm that uses : 1 turtle, 1 mining turtle, infinite amount of bonemeal (recommended if you have a skeleton farm), 1 dispenser, 1 redstone clock, 1 Harvester(Minefactory Reloaded), Planter(Minefactory Reloaded), Transport pipes, 1 Energy Tesseract, Redstone Energy Conduit, Decent MJ power supply, Decent AE storage space and redstone lever (not needed).

Tutorial :

1. Provide a 3x3x4 space . (The surface level where the sapling plants is at the third)

2. Place a dirt and 1 dispenser and 1 Harvester (Minefactory Reloaded) facing towards the dirt.

3.Make a turtle (just a simple turtle not any mining , digging , etc turtle). Then paste this to its interface :
Code:
pastebin get ZVBU1Jcm startup
Then place a ender chest for the bonemeal and make sure it's connected to your AE storage system and connected to a AE Export bus that is exporting bonemeal .

4.Then place a Planter (Minefactory reloaded) to the right side of it. Then put a diamond transport pipe on the back side of the planter and then connect a iron transport pipe on the backside of the diamond pipe also. (make sure the iron pipe is connected to the diamond pipe so that the items that will be going to the iron pipe will go the diamond pipe and will not mess things up.) Then connect a iron transport pipe at the back of the harvester and make sure the iron pipe is connected to the bottom.

5. Then place a ender chest that will import all the harvested logs , apples , etc. to your storage system and place a block above it .

6.Make a minning turtle and make sure to label it. (to label it write this on the interface of the turtle : label set <name you want>) and then place it at the right side of the pipe at the back of the harvester . Then paste this at its interface :
Code:
pastebin get LBG65zBv
and insert a redstone clock in the turtle's inventory (slot 1) .

7. Then the pipe at the back of the harvester , place a block on top of it and place a wireless receiver facing down and set it to your on/off switch number.

8. Then place a Energy Tesseract at the right side of the dirt and set the frequency to a decent energy supply.

9.Connect some redstone energy conduits to the planter and harvester and set the the redstone conduits at the back of the tesseract to orange.

10. Go to the diamond pipe and set the sapling to slot blue so it will go there. Dont worry if the planter gets full of saplings it will automatically go to the ender chest and in to your storage system.

11. Place a wireless redstone receiver on the export bus and set it to the on/off switch frequency you want . (Make sure you set it ti "active without signal" and put some bonemeal in their and make sure that you taught your system to craft bonemeal.)

12. Place a Lever everywhere you want and place a wireless redstone transmitter and set the frequency to on/off frequency that you set all of those wireless reciever's .

13. Have fun on infinite logs .

You could theoretically do the same thing with a simple pure MFR setup with a MFR Harvester, Planter, and Fertilizer, all supplying them with the required items. I would assume the mining turtles are for harvesting IC2 rubber trees, but you can also insert MFR Rubber Saplings in there, and smelt the raw rubber of that into Rubber Bars. Equivalent to IC2 Rubber ;)

Overall, the idea is quite interesting, but it can be replaced with a cheaper alternative.

there is no actual need for turtles, because harvested IC2 rubber tree still drops sticky resin. however i`m not sure which rubber tree produces more in such setup.

MFR Rubber trees constantly drop 1 raw rubber for every log broken (unless you use an axe w/Fortune ;) ), so in theory, MFR would be more efficient.

And MFR rubber trees are even more efficient if you then stick the logs in the sawmill, which gives you sticky resin alongside the jungle planks. ;)

33% chance of getting a sticky resin. You can stick the logs through IC2's Extractor for a 100% chance on getting 1 IC2 Rubber.

MFR much more simpler, just get a furnace/smelter :)
(You can also run extra MFR saplings thru an extractor, I believe)
