Efficient reactor designs?

What's the most efficient ic2 nuclear reactor design? I.E. what design will give me the most EU per uranium used? I'd prefer to get at least 512 EU/t (if possible).

I have a decent design that will give me a little over 500 million EU, but it's very uranium heavy (27 quad uranium cells total). I'd like to make a more efficient reactor design before building one if possible.

Side note: Less importantly, will HV cable handle 3800 EU/p? I have a design (even more uranium heavy at 36 quad uranium cells) that will output that much.

Do you use LHZ/RSH Condensator?
I hope you know that you have to refill them quite often.

Yeah, I know I'll have to refill them. but I'm going to devote a tunnel bore just to the lapis levels for that purpose. I only have to refill it very, very near the end of the cycle.

Without GT you will need 2x HV transformers stuck directly to the reactor I believe, though I do not play with reactors much.
