Care to be more specific? I just tested a builder, and it worked perfect with a blueprint.

I have played with builders a bit in my test world and they only messed up my world when I used a schematic with them. Any schematic, freshly made, from the library, anywhere. But the blueprints seemed to work fine. I had to reload a back up of my test world because it would crash everytime I would load it.
