Summary of the problem Effect issues when teleporting from end to overworld

What is the bug? Version 1.1.0
When teleporting directly from the end to the overworld, eg /home, Cyclic Inventory upgrades disappear, and Silent Gem's flight stops working after 5-15 seconds, requiring you to turn off and back on the chaos gem. Presumably other chaos gem effects as well, though I haven't tested.
Teleporting using the end portal does not have this issue, only direct teleportation. I have not yet tested Silent's Gems' teleporter blocks or the ender book.

Is it repeatable? yes
Eat an inventory upgrade and/or using a chaos gem for flight.
Do /sethome in the overworld
Go to the end
Do /home
The inventory upgrade is missing, and you will have to keep reactivating the chaos gem.
Known Fix Return to the end and use the portal to get back, or relog.
