Greetings everyone!
For the last 3 years (according to this) pahimar did a wonderful job with EE3, it may not look like much on the surface but I followed the progress over the years on GitHub and I can tell you one thing, he puts all the effort he can to make EE3 the best it can possibly be, from complete rewrites to small tweaks. As a professional developer I can tell you the code-base is rock solid and written beautifully. (And lets not forget the amazing modding tutorials he is still making).

Anyhow, I figured that the least we can do is to help just a little bit by adding EMC values for all the mods (and lets be honest it'd awesome). Recently I dug through the source code over at GitHub and I found out that he implemented EMC values from config files, no I don't think that the latest version has that feature yet but the very next version will (unless something goes terribly wrong, the code is already there).

So lets get to business, I've opened a public repository on GitHub that will host the configs/mod, a form in google form through which you can send item values. And a small spreadsheet to track our work.

Thank you for contributing to the EMC list compilation.
You can fill the following form to propose an EMC value for an item. Please make sure you follow the following rules be fore you make your contribution.

1) There is no need to provide a value for the same item from different mods - 'Tin Ore' will have the same value across all mods.

2) Crafted items don't require an EMC value as EE3 calculates them by their crafting recipe - 'Crafting Table' will have have its value calculated, equal to 4 wood planks. If your item fits this description and does not fit the description in 3 or 4 please don't add it.

3) Root items should have a set value and shouldn't be calculated - in some sense 'Tin Ingot' can be considered crafted as you can craft it by combining 'Tin Ore' and 'Pyrotheum Dust'. But it is a very basic item and should have its own value. If you find that an item falls into that category please add it.

4) Post calculation values - EE3 takes EMC values at two stages in its lifetime, before and after calculation. Pre-calculation values will be used to calculate other values, post-calculation will not be used in the calculation and will override any evaluated value. If you think that the automated calculation will yield unreasonable values (either too cheap or too expensive) or exploitable values (if you remember the dark farms from the days of EE2) for certain items please provide them with a value.

5) Only provide values to items that weren't indexed yet, unless you think that the value is wrong. If you think that a certain value is wrong please provide more information in the notes section. You can find a list of all the indexed items here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Hg3JnMkMrs8xtFLcXu5_Sw92bg-QiTfU056wciKC8Y/edit?usp=sharing

Please don't send values in this thread as the values are collected via a script that works specifically with the form responses.

I expect this thread to be mostly inactive since the information is not posted here, would it be Ok for me to post every 24hr or so a changelog without it being considered bumping?

If you have an suggestion or anything else to say I'd love to read it all here.
So if you wish to contribute please fill the form.
Thanks!

Great idea, I have something in mind but I will have to do some research before I can post with confidence.
